Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2024 FBA Summer Conference. This year’s FBA Summer Conference dates are July 16-18, 2024. This year, exhibitors have two options:
FBA understands the importance of supporting those who support us and will encourage directors to visit AND patronize the companies present at our convention.

After submitting this form, you will have two weeks to submit your payment(s) via PayPal (using the link below) or by mailing a check payable to FBA to Mary Oser, Exhibits Manager, at the address listed on the form. If paying via PayPal, please send a screenshot or PDF of your receipt(s) to Mary Oser at exhibits@fba.flmusiced.org.
When your payment is received, you will receive the exhibit contract to sign and return, which will complete your reservation.
If your payment is not received within two weeks, you will need to reapply. Exhibit space is no longer guaranteed due to size limitations and will be first come, first served.

Please include a print-out of your receipt along with the above contract and send it to Mary Oser at exhibits@fba.flmusiced.org or the address at the bottom of the form.
