Auxiliary for Collier County Only: March 24, 2025 at Palmetto Ridge High School (Naples)

SPECIAL NOTE:

Anyone needing to attend a site out of their assigned location may submit this Request for Change of Site form no later than October 1.  This form must be signed by the Director and Principal.

 

Anyone needing to attend a site out of their assigned location after October 1 must follow the procedure outlined on page 13 of the FBA Handbook, #7.b.
