Directors submitting entries for the State S&E/Jazz/Auxiliary MPA:
Be sure to include a copy of your Assessment Form (Invoice) with your entry forms, and send them to Cindy Berry. The address is on the Assessment Form and is also listed in the State S&E Instructions/Information Bulletin linked above.
If you are scanning forms, use the appropriate email listed in the Bulletin for the site you are attending.

North Site: March 16-17, 2026 at Matanzas High School (Palm Coast)
Central Site: March 18-19, 2026 at Seminole High School (Sanford)
South Site: March 20-21, 2026 at Wellington High School (Palm Beach County)
Auxiliary for Collier County Only: March 24, 2026 at Palmetto Ridge High School (Naples)
Northwest: March 28, 2026 - Florida State University (Tallahassee)
Virtual State Solo & Ensemble Option:

- You will be asked to enter a Preferred Date. This will be the date of the virtual meetings with the adjudicators for your entries. Directors must plan to record and upload their students' performance videos at least 1 or 2 days BEFORE their chosen Preferred Date.
