2026 FBA Summer Conference

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2026 FBA Summer Conference. This year’s FBA Summer Conference dates are July 8-9, 2026. This year, exhibitors have two options:
- One day only: Wednesday, July 8 ($150, each additional table is $75)
- Two days: Premium Location: Wednesday-Thursday July 9-10 ($215, each additional table is $110. SPACE IS LIMITED, so reserve yours quickly!)
FBA understands the importance of supporting those who support us and will encourage directors to visit AND patronize the companies present at our convention.
There are some special host/sponsor opportunities available. Please contact Cathi Leibinger, Summer Conference Coordinator, at summer@fba.flmusiced.org if interested.
Exhibitor Registration Dates:
Early Registration
- FBA Partners - January 25 - February 9, 2026
- Previous Exhibitors - February 10 - February 23, 2026
General Registration
- February 24 - June 15, 2026
An application form will be sent directly to FBA Partners and previous exhibitors for early registration. The application form will be posted on the Exhibitor Information page beginning on February 24, 2026, for all other exhibitors.
