Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2025 FBA Summer Conference. This year’s FBA Summer Conference dates are July 9-10, 2025. This year, exhibitors have two options:
FBA understands the importance of supporting those who support us and will encourage directors to visit AND patronize the companies present at our convention.
There are some special host/sponsor opportunities available. Please contact Cathi Leibinger, Summer Conference Coordinator, at summer@fba.flmusiced.org if interested.

2025 FBA Summer Conference Exhibits Application
After submitting this form, you will receive an invoice from the Exhibits Manager for the space(s) you are requesting. Please do not pay until you have received an invoice from the Exhibits Manager.
After receiving your invoice, you will have two weeks to submit your payment(s) via PayPal (using the link below) or by mailing a check payable to FBA to Mary Oser, Exhibits Manager, at the address listed in the form. If paying via PayPal, please send a screenshot or PDF of your receipt(s) to Mary Oser at exhibits@fba.flmusiced.org.
When your payment is received, you will receive the exhibit contract to sign and return, which will complete your reservation.
If your payment is not received within two weeks of receiving your invoice, you will need to reapply. Exhibit space is no longer guaranteed due to size limitations and will be first come, first served.
All questions and correspondence should be directed to Mary Oser at exhibits@fba.flmusiced.org. You should hear from Mary Oser, the Summer Exhibits Manager, when she receives your application, contract and payments. After receiving confirmation from the exhibit managers, you can pay online with PayPal using the form below. For for additional spaces, first select the Initial Exhibit Space option for the number of days you want and add that to your cart. Your cart will open in a new tab. Close that tab to return to this page to add an Additional Space to your shopping cart.
Please include a printout of your receipt along with the above contract and send it to Mary Oser at exhibits@fba.flmusiced.org or the address at the bottom of the form.
